Scope

This document provides background information as well as a functional description of the FT-1004.006 Voice Service Profiles Management advanced feature.

The described features are supported from the release version 4.3 onwards.

Note

Voice Service Profiles Management is an advanced feature and requires a special license. Ensure that you have agreed with Mavoco about the usage of this feature before taking it into use.

This feature is part of the Voice Services functionality with number FN-1012.

Feature overview

Goals

The aim of the Voice Service Profiles Management feature is to add Voice Services and Supplementary Services into the Service Profiles.

Functionality of the feature

Basic and Supplementary Voice Services can only be configured in CMP if Voice Services are enabled on the CMP instance.

With the Voice Service Profiles Management feature the following Voice Services will be made available in the Service Profiles unit of the Resource Manager.

	Incoming Calls when Roaming
	International Calling
	Outgoing International Calls directed to the Home PLMN
	Barring of Outgoing Premium Rate Calls
	Operator Determined Barring of Incoming Calls
	Operator Determined Barring of Subscriber Controlled Inputs

By default, each Voice Service and Supplementary Service will be disabled.

Note:

Any of the Basic Voice Services and Voice Supplementary Services can only be enabled in case Voice Services is enabled.

In general, each service can be enabled/disabled individually, however, some services have dependencies on each other, therefore not each combination of services can be configured. Configuration restrictions are applied to prevent provisioning errors.

If Voice MO Services are deactivated the following services can't be activated:
