Voice Reporting (FT-1007.004)

Scope

This document provides background information as well as a functional description of the FT-1007.004 Voice Reporting advanced feature. The described feature is supported from the release version 4.3 onwards.

Note

Voice Reporting is an advanced feature and requires a special license. Ensure that you have agreed with Mavoco about the usage of this feature before taking it into use.

This feature is part of the Account Dashboard & Reporting functionality with number FN-2006.

Feature overview

Goals

The aim of the Voice Reporting feature is to expand the existing reporting capabilities of CMP by including Voice Usage information in existing reports and introducing a new report focusing on Voice Usage.

Out of scope

 All customer specific reports, custom reports, and billing files.

Functionality of the feature

With the introduction of Voice Reporting a new report will be made available in the reporting units of Resource Manager and Enterprise Portal and three existing reports will be extended to contain Voice Usage information as well.

Description

Usage Detail - Voice

Reports voice usage per SIM.

Consumption Summary

Reports the total voice usage of all SIM Cards over the previous calendar month.

SIM Usage Cost Summary

Reports a monthly summary of costs/usage per SIM including voice.

Account Usage Cost Summary

Reports a monthly summary of all charges/usages per Account including voice.
