Scope
This document provides background information as well as a functional description of the FT-2002.007 SIM Custom Attributes standard feature. The described feature is supported from the release version 4.0 onward.
Note
SIM Custom Attributes is a standard feature and does not require a special license.
This feature is part of the SIM Card Self-Administration functionality with number FN-2002.

Feature overview
Goals
The aim of the SIM Custom Attributes feature is to allow Enterprise Accounts to define custom details about their SIM Cards.
Functionality of the feature
CMP allows Enterprise Accounts to create and assign Custom Attributes to their SIM Cards, which provide additional information about the SIMs. The values of the Custom Attributes are defined individually for each SIM.
If the CMP instance is configured accordingly, SIM Custom Attributes can be displayed in the SIM Grid and can also be used to search for SIM Cards.
