Feature overview
Goals
The aim of the Account User Groups Management feature is to allow the organization of Users into User Groups in order to simplify the assignment and management of Access Rights.
Functionality of the feature
CMP enables the organization of Users into User Groups in order to simplify management by allowing Access Rights to be assigned to the User Group rather than individual User Accounts. The set of Access Rights assigned to the User Group, i.e. the Group Rights will be given to all Users assigned to the Group.
User Groups can be created and managed in the CAS User Management application, however, Users can also be assigned to User Groups from the Enterprise Portal.
