Feature overview
Goals
The aim of the Account Reports feature is to allow CSPs to define the set and frequency of Account Reports available for each Enterprise Account.
Functionality of the feature
Account Reports
CMP provides a set of predefined Account Reports in the Resource Manager which provide precise details on SIM/Account activity. Service Providers can also define which Account Reports are available to an Enterprise Account, as well as how often the reports are executed. Enterprise Account Users can then download and review the information from each report to gain helpful insight on the important factors related to their Account.
All the available Account Reports present data relative to their name, and the data of the reports are retrieved from the CMP based on a specific Query that is unique to each report.
Service Providers are able to create variations of the predefined Account Reports by copying one of the predefined queries, however, new queries (i.e. reports) may only be created in coordination with MAVOCO.
The frequency of the Account Reports' generation can be defined in the CMP. Account Reports can be generated either daily, weekly, monthly, or the Service Provider can define a custom periodicity for the reports.
Account Reports in the CMP follow the simple resource lifecycle (DRAFT-ACTIVE-INACTIVE), therefore need to be activated first in order to be generated.
Predefined Account Report Types
All available Account Reports and their respective Queries come predefined in the Resource Manager. The table below lists all the preconfigured Account Reports available to the Service Providers.

Ad-hoc Queries
Usage Queries allow Enterprise Users to instantly create reports on the data, SMS, or voice usage of all the SIM Cards available to their given level in the organization hierarchy.
The Usage Query Tool allows to define the type of information that will be produced by the Usage Query (i.e. periodicity and type of usage) and also the time range and grouping of the Usage Query results.
Usage Query reports are immediately available for download after they are created.
Online Reports
CMP provides a set of predefined Account Reports, which provide precise details on SIM/Account activity.
Enterprise Users can only access certain Account Reports that have been made available to them by the CSP, which also defines how often the reports are executed. Account Reports can be generated either daily, weekly, monthly or the Service Provider can define a custom periodicity for the reports.
Enterprise Accounts can download the reports made available to them from the Enterprise Portal and review the information from each report to gain helpful insight on the important factors related to their Account. All the available Account Reports present data relative to their name.
